"Melissa is truly amazing and I would highly recommend her as an agent. She went above and beyond to find us our beautiful new home in Oro Valley. We are second home buyers, and buying out of state can be a difficult process. She knew our criteria and literally "stalked" the market. We were able to put an offer on the home within hours that it went on the market and got it. She is organized paying attention to every detail and very responsive. Melissa extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and trends I would highly recommend to all my friends and family."

"We met Melissa when we were buying a home in Tucson. She became a good friend of ours! Then when we wanted to sell our home in 2017 she listed it for us. Every aspect of the selling process was taken care of so that we would be assured nothing would be questioned at least from the selling side of things.! We were informed of everything that would take place or was taking place. She handled everything with professionalism and honesty! (Hard to find in today' world) I would recommend Melissa to anyone---nothing is too great or too small for her."

"Spouse and I were thinking of moving to Tucson,Az and while looking at the various homes online for sale I saw Melissa Gill and just felt that I needed to contact her. We chit chatted and she sent various listings out. Approximately one year later I contacted her again and she remembered us!! Took us that long to sell our home and decide if we really wanted to move. Once again we went over our wants and needs in a home and once again she sent us listings in the areas we wanted and at the prices we wanted. We finally made it out to Tucson where we actually met Melissa. Oh how wonderful she is---------she was totally in tune with us and knew exactly what would be the right home for us. She was very good at discussing the pros and cons of each and every home we saw. She also pointed out all the positives and negatives of each area!!! Once we decided on a home she guided us thru EVERY detail both big and small on the transaction. She was with us the full time thru all inspections plus keeping an eye on the escrow papers while we went home. Everything ran smoothly thru every detail. All we had to do is get our belongings out to Az, sign papers and move in!! She did her "due diligence" saving us a lot of wasted time and money! She was easy to contact and always returned calls ASAP. She is tops in our book!"
